Dr. Michaela M. Skelly, M.D.
Dr. Skelly is Board Certified in family medicine and has been practicing medicine for twenty years. She currently is seeing patients eighteen and up.
She attended Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan and completed her residency at St. Mary's in Grand Rapids, Michigan graduating in 1993.
She was an All American distance runner in college and currently holds eight Arizona state running records for her age. She also completed the 2010 Arizona Ironman Triathlon.
Dr. Skelly has been happily married for over twenty years and has three college-aged girls. She is a strong supporter of various Christian organizations.
Clark Wysong, M.D.
Dr. Clark Wysong attended the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, graduating in 1994. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at the Oklahoma University of Health Sciences Center in 1997. He has been practicing in the Phoenix area since 1997. Dr. Wysong is Board Certified in Family Medicine. He sees patients age 2 and up.
Dr. Wysong was recognized as a 2016 Top Docs in Phoenix Magazine.
In his free time, Dr. Wysong likes to read, fly fish, attend local sporting events and spend time with his English Springer Spaniels.
Arlene England, D.O. Gynecology
Dr. England is a Board Certified Gynecologist whose interests include complete gynecological care with special interest in Vulvar diseases.She initially obtained a degree in Biochemistry at the University of Illinois and attended Medical School at Michigan State. After completing residency training in Detroit, Michigan and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she moved to Phoenix and has been practicing for over 25 years. She has held leadership positions in the medical community and has served on the Arizona Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners.
She has twin sons who are Chemical Engineers. Outside the office, time is filled with hiking, downhill skiing, scuba diving and more recently adventure vacations. Someday she hopes to learn to play the piano.
Debbie Bernard, M.S.N., F.N.P.-C.
Debbie is originally from the east coast. She worked as an RN for 10 years before she obtained a Master of Science/Family Nurse Practitioner Degree from the University of Phoenix in 2006. She has been with Sonoran Medical since that time. Debbie is our resident diabetes expert, and conducts Wellness Programs for chronic conditions and weight loss. Debbie sees patients age six and up.
In her free time, Debbie enjoys yoga, dancing, and spending time with her two children and husband.
Jamie Potter, M.S.N., F. N. P.-C.
Jamie Potter, FNP-C completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Arizona State University in 2007 and her Masters of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner at University of Phoenix in 2016 and has plans to continue her education to obtain her Doctorate in Nursing Practice. Prior to joining Sonoran Medical she cared for transplant patients as an intermediate ICU Registered Nurse at Mayo Clinic Hospital for eight years. Jamie enjoys treating entire families of patients from age 2 through geriatrics.
Jamie enjoys reading, relaxing on the beach and spending time with her family. Jamie and her husband have 3 children who are active in sports.
Amy Steinhoff, M.S.N., F. N. P.-C.
Amy was born and raised in Arizona. She received a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University and her Masters of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner from University of Phoenix. Prior to joining our office in 2013, she had 13 years experience in critical care and cardiology. Her special interests are heart health and disease prevention. She is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practioner, and sees patients ages 6 and up.
Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 sons, going to sporting events, and watching movies.
Amalia Craciunescu, M.S.N., F.N.P.-C.
Amalia is first generation American born in her family. She attended Arizona State University for her Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree. She has over 6 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse. Her experience includes hospice, palliative, home health, and pediatric emergency care. As of July 2016, she obtained her Master of Science/Family Nurse Practitioner Degree from South University. She also speaks Romanian. Amalia will see patients 12 and up.
Outside of the office, Amalia enjoys international travel, spending time with her husband and three German Shepherds, and trying new cuisines.Return to Top
